• Chat Messages: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted via TTL.
• Login History: Retained for 90 days.
• Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.
• Support Tickets: Retained for 2 years after resolution.

Our Services are hosted in the United States (AWS us-east-2 region). If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.
